We don't know if that's true, but we're pretty sure that typing monkeys would produce bad software -- and some of them already have. You know the type -- hard to understand, and harder to use. You try to use it, but you can't figure out how to make it do the simplest things. You wind up throwing up your hands in frustration and wondering aloud "what were they thinking?!".
Yeah. We wonder, too.
At Hand Painted, we write software for humans. Whether it is desktop software, server engines, or web applications, our philosophy is that if you have to pick up a manual, we didn't do our job. Software should be intuitive, specific to your task, and a pleasure to use. We remember that computers were supposed to make your life easier.
